Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders over £20. For all other orders, a flat rate of £1.50 will be applied. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders over £20 will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment. Please use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery time.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

Your order will always arrive in discreet packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you no longer want your order, or there was a problem with your order, please contact us using the details below within 14 days of receiving the product quoting your original order number. You may return it for a refund if the outer box is unopened and tamper seal is intact.

If you are returning a product and requesting a refund because you no longer want it, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If there was a problem with your order please also include photos.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened and used products. The product is considered opened if the outer box has been opened and a tamper seal is broken or has been removed.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after 14 days of you receiving the product.
